Services

*Currently all services for TN and OH residents are being offered virtually through a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.

*Free 15-minute consultation call is available to assess how I can best meet your needs and address any questions before scheduling.

Standard Individual Therapy

  • 50-minute Individual Therapy sessions catered to your specific treatment goals and needs. In these sessions, we have the flexibility to process current events, gain alternative perspectives, learn new skills to change behaviors or resolve conflicts, or re-process past trauma.

  • These sessions are DBT-informed and may incorporate EMDR depending on your goals.

  • For individuals interested in standard therapy, sessions frequency is determined collaboratively based on each individual’s needs.

Comprehensive DBT Therapy

  • 50-minute Individual Therapy sessions focused on present-day application of skills learned in DBT Skills Group in areas of Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness.

  • Comprehensive DBT is recommended for any client experiencing ongoing safety or crisis issues, such as suicidal or homicidal ideation, self-harm, or a recent hospitalization.

  • Comprehensive DBT has three client components:

    1. Weekly Individual DBT Session with your therapist

    2. Weekly DBT Skills Group Attendance

    3. 15-min Phone Coaching with your therapist in-between sessions

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.

Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers and health care facilities are required to inform individuals who are not enrolled in a plan or coverage or a Federal health care program, or not seeking to file a claim with their plan or coverage both orally and in writing of their ability, upon request or at the time of scheduling health care items and services, to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of expected charges. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services,  including psychotherapy services.

·      You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services.

·      You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

·      If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

·      Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call (800) 368-1019
